Nelia is also a certified Enneagram teacher and facilitator through the New York Enneagram Institute in USA.

Experience
Nelia brings a wealth of life and work experience to each client coaching relationship. Clients benefit from Nelia’s broad experience in the corporate world of banking, finance, accounting, treasury, management, operations and change management. Nelia has 16 years’ experience in management at the head office of a leading South African banking institution, followed by a leadership role in the Government Parastatal Organisation, Transnet.
Nelia also gained experience in the retail business environment as an entrepreneur and owner of a small-medium retail business. Her previous roles in multiple leadership capacities provide context and reality-based foundation for her coaching relationships. She developed and presented a highly successful Restorative Justice program, which she and her team facilitated at the Johannesburg Correctional Services Institute.
